The newly named NASCAR East Series , the former Busch Grand National North , will not return to Oxford Plains Speedway in 2006. I hope I am wrong here , but I see theses changes as the beggining of the end for "Northern" Busch cars . I seriously hope someone begins another Busch tour that stays up North.
