It seems it didn't take former WMT driver Rob Summers long to adapt to SK racing at the Bowl, as he has won tonights Modified feature event. The top 3 podium finishers were: Rob Summers Mike Finkeldey Rob Janovic Jr More results on the LM,SM,and Mini divisions to follow....

Well, the Bowl will kick it off with a regular Saturday night show. Lets here everyone out there's predictions for the first nights winners, in all 4 regular divisions? Im gonna go with Dennis Gada, SK Allen Coates, LM Norm Root, SM Phil Evans, Mini.

The Budweiser Modified Nationals have been rescheduled to May 21st and 22nd. The Speedbowl's regular season opens up this Saturday with a 5 division program.

The SK Modified teams, of Frank Ruocco and Kenny Horton, and Ron Yuhas Jr and Chris Pasteryak ran some laps in separate private test session's on Wednesday. Times in the mid 14's were reported, with obviously a very green race track factoring in to things.

The Earth Technology SK Modified team of driver Frank Ruocco, will field a two car effort at the season opening Budweiser Modified Nationals, with Ruocco and Whelen Modified Tour competitor Zach Sylvester handling the driving duties.

Rumor has it, that Dennis Gada will drive the #83 for the cars former driver, Joe Schuman. The deal is rumored to be similar to Gadas former Wyant #3 situation, with Dennis supplying the power, and Schuman owning the team.
