During the August 11th event, I saw a first. In the DARE Stock feature event, a crew member of the #96 was using a scanner to supposedly talk to his driver. Since this is not allowed, the scanner was confiscated by track officials and the track police. Why would someone stoop so low like that? *shakes h...
