Good guess RMF, as Myers does drive the #4 on the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour. But this is not him.

Ok, time for a little help on this picture. The driver has been competing since 1999. He does NOT compete on any of the Tours, but is a weekly NASCAR Modified competitor. The driver co-owns the car with his wife Gwen.
