The following comes directly from a post at NASCAR.com:
"The New Hampshire 100 is the 44th Whelen Modified Tour event to be held at New Hampshire. James Civali, the leading Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender from Meriden, Conn., won the Tour’s last visit to New Hampshire, in July. The New Hampshire 100 is scheduled to start at 5:10 p.m. Friday."
Now correct me if I am wrong, but, NASCAR made the decision that John Blewett III was the race winner.
