Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
Caisse, who was third at Dover last year, will have plenty on his plate that weekend. According to sources, Caisse is slated to drive in the Busch Series race for Kevin Harvick, Inc. in the first of a multi-race deal. Caisse said he could not comment on any Busch Series developments. An official announcement is expected next week.
Caisse will drive 15 races for Harvick next season in the Busch Series (plans are for Caisse to also compete in the full Busch East season, too). “We were in a position where we needed to try to find somebody that’ll stand on the gas to make the car go forward. (Caisse’s) got the opportunity and ability to do that and I think as he gets a little bit of experience he’s going to get better and better,” said Harvick. “Hopefully it’ll all work out and we’ll see next week (at Dover). He’s done awesome . . and I like kinda going out on a limb and giving people chances. He’s got a good attitude,to be good is to know you’re good. I think he has that. He has that swagger.”(Union Leader)(9-16-2006)
