New Spec Engine Earns Pole and Sixth Place At Waterford (CT) Speedbowl

The Spec Engine that will become the norm in 2007, saw it's first competitive action Saturday night at Waterford (CT) Speedbowl under-the-hood of the Andy Santerre Motorsports #44. With driver Sean Caisse the engine broke the Track Record in qualifying and led the first 29-laps of the "Big Y 150". Ciasse would end the event in sixth.

At less than half the cost of most current engines, the new Spec Engine has defintely proved to be worth the LESS money.

Just my thoughts.
