What driver(s) finished in the top 5 in the last Tour race sponsored by Featherlite, and the first race sponsored by Whelen? as a bonus, what driver(s) did it in different cars?

Allright Ben I had to take a chance at this one. I will say Hirschman and Stefanik with both in different cars.

One of the 2 is right, as Mike Stefanik was in the top 5 of both races, in the 16 and 00. Hirchman was not in the top 5 of both races, and he was in the same car for both races. Hint: There are 2 more drivers, and one of them did it in different rides.

The driver who did it two different cars was Chuck Hossfeld #4 and #50.
