Under a new identity, the NASCAR Grand National Division, Busch East Series (formerly known as the Busch North Series) kicks off it's 2006 season June 10 at the historic Greenville-Pickens (SC) Speedway.
With Andy Santere now involved as an owner with Sean Caisse, the Champion will also change in 2006.
New crate engines and composite bodies are also being introduced to the Series. These rules changes are rumored to bring the average car cost down form nearly $100,000 to around $40,000.
