Cook won back to back NASCAR Modified Championships in 1971 and 1972. After Richie Evans claimed the 1973 Championship, Cook then took four straight from 1974 to his final Championship in 1977.

Alright - this might be out there, cuz he's not generally referred to as a Modified legend, (despite back to back titles in the 60's) but how about Bobby Allison
Ok gang I believe this question has a few of us looking for the number for Rogaine from pulling our hairs out LOL. So here is a little hint.
The NASCAR Modified Legend I am looking for never won the National Championship, but placed 3rd twice. Also the Busch Series was once called something else. Maybe this will help with the baldness for now. -WMT-
