Read a post on MSS where it is claimed Reggie Ruggiero will run at least the first five races of the 2006 Tour, possibly more. "The Reg" would certainly heat up this years shortenend schedule.

Just a RUMOR, and yes the #41 is not usually at Thompson Annon. But could you blame Ruggiero or Barney for trying the full deal this year ?
Reggie definitely still has the desire for that ellusive Championship, and what a better year for a "part-time" team to run the full schedule. Consider how well Ruggiero ran at Stafford last season, that is 1/3 of the Tour this year. Add Loudon, and you have nearly half the season.
It sure would be nice to see the "classic" Ruggiero vs. Steffanik battle for a Championship.

The rumor I have always heard Chris, was that there is something Barney doesn't like about the walls at Thompson and that is why he wont take his car there.
