2006 ASA Late Model Series and ASA Southern Modified Race Tour Results Points and Schedules


Here is some news for the 2006 ASA Late Model Series.


Butch Miller will drive the #52 for SS Racing in the Challenge Division.


Driver Jason Tyler and Jason Tyler Racing have joined forces with Tunks Motorsports for the 2006 season. The team plans to run the majority of the Northern schedule and select Challenge Division races.


14 - year old Matt Martin will race the Coke sponsored #66 at Broson (FL) Motor Speedway.


Jay Middleson will make his Series debut at Bronson (FL) Motor Speedway.


14-year-old Alex Kennedy from Mexico will compete in a limited schedule of races.


17-year-old David Pullen will compete for Rookie of The Year honors.


15-year-old Dalton Zehr will drive for the #119 Coleman Racing Products team in the Challenge and Southern Divisions, as well as a limited Northern Schedule.


Nick Schumacher will run the Challenge Division and select Northern races.


Truck graduate Richard Johns will compete in select Challenge and Southern Division races.


Troy Hintzche will run Dodge power in select Challenge and Northern Division races.


Kris Stump and Brent Downey will compete in the Challenge Division driving cars for newly formed Allen-Hock Motorsports. They will compete in select Northern and Southern Division races.


Brad Osborn will run the full Northern and select Challenge Division races.


Chris Sevey will run select Challenge and Northern Division races.


Gary Wiltrout will drive for Bentz Motorsports in select Challenge and Northern Division races.


Kyle Martel will run for Challenge Division Rookie of The Year. He will also run the full Northern Division schedule, and select Southern Division races.


Ken Willis will run for Challenge Division Rookie of The Year.


Rick Corso will run select Challenge and Northern Division races.


Rick Boyer will run select Northern Division races.


19-year-old Austin Seibert will compete in selected races in all three Divisions for TCB Racing.


Jason Miller will run for Southern Division Rookie of The Year in car #94.


Kris Stump has picked up sponsorship from TigerLight Inc. on the #35.
