Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
Have learned the Donny Lia will start on the pole for tonights feature event at New Smyrna Speedway. Another cold night with a full moon, could be a wild one. Mike Andrews Jr. will start tenth subbing for Mike Ewanitsko in the #36. Lou Cicconi will be in the #30 tonight. More news as it comes in. For those of us stuck up North, the temperature in New Smyrna is around 25 degrees. Vollusia actually cancelled their racing due to the cold.
The Tour Type and Sk results are posted below.

Matt Martin, son of Cup driver Mark, was on hand in the #66 Coke sponsored Super Late Model. He unfortunately was towed from the track early in the feature event.

A little more from Monday nights racing. After reading a race review at Speed51.com, it seems several drivers are a little upset over the way an early race restart was handled. The most vocal was Chuck Hossfeld who claims he was screwed (not his actuall choice of words but we keep it clean here) out of a race win. Eric Beers was also frustrated with the way drivers were allowed to start three wide. Beers was the middle of an Andy Seuss and John Blewett III sandwich, and after backing off lost several positions. Beers was also quite vocal claiming someone is going to be killed if they keep allowing restarts like that. Andy Seuss claimed that Beers was playing games.
All this controversy, and the continuing tire problems should prove quite interesting in the extra distance races.
