McMurray and Wallace to Split Driving Duties in RWI #64: The 2006 Top-Flite NASCAR Busch Series schedule will include both NEXTEL Cup veteran, Jamie McMurray and rookie Steve Wallace driving the #64 Top-Flite Dodge in a full Busch Series season. McMurray is scheduled to run 22 races in the #64 Top-Flite Dodge at all Cup/Busch companion races. While, Steve Wallace will run 13 races in the NASCAR Busch Series, beginning at Bristol in March. In addition to the 13 Busch races, Wallace is also slated to run seven ARAC races this year, further preparing him for a full NASCAR Busch Series schedule in 2007.(RWI PR)(2-6-2006)
I find it hard to believe that Ford will sit back and let JMac run a Dodge in Busch. Seems to me thay had a problem with Kenseth running a bowtie Busch car a few years back and then he switched to a Ford ride. Time will tell, but maybe JMac has something in his contract.
