Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
In the late 80's, during one of the yearly special events held at the Thompson Speedway (Icebreaker, World Series) not sure which, two drivers tangled going into turn 1 and crashed during the running of the Pro Four feature event. They then got out of their cars and preceded to fight on the fronstretch with their helmets on slugging away. Who were the two drivers??
Hint: Both are former Modified drivers. One of the driver's enjoyed a lot of sucess in his career and is still an active driver, but he is not racing in this area. The other driver I believe is at least semi retired after a long and sucessful career.
Sorry Rich not Mike. Hint: The driver in question, comes from a racing family in which his brothers have been sucessful drivers, car owners, and crew chiefs in their own right.
