From what I had been reading in the local papers recently Spd, that thing sounded about dead. And also reading about the recent election results in town, the planning and zoning board is now made up of all "nay" votes as far as a race track is concerned so. I don't know the man who was trying to put this whole thing together, but I've thought it was a "smoke and mirrors" deal from the begining to get the approvals he needed to use the land for other "uses" besides a race track.
