The NASCAR Busch Grand National Series will return to Martinsville Speedway in 2006 . The 250 lap event will be the first Series race at the half-mile track since 1994 . Set to be run under the lights, the race will be held Saturday July 22nd . The portable Musco lighting will be the same lighting used for the NASCAR Whelen/Southern Whelen Modified Tour Made in America Whelen 300 . That event was the first night race ever held at Martinsville .
