It may be just me, but it seems like the Modified portion of this years World Series has become sort of a joke. I find it appaling that the JB III Memorial was shortened to 25 laps. The car counts have been terrible, and the biggest amount of press has been over TC and the DQ.

It should be better in 2013 with Datyona running a race paying $20,000 to win on Tuesday night for the Modifieds. Some of the teams will stay and run NSS after the Daytona race.
