Donny Lia was fastest in NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour practice at NHIS . Lia ran a lap of 29.740 . Steve Whitt was second , Ted Christopher third , Chuck Hossfeld fourth , and Jimmy Blewwett was fifth .
Doug Coby was seventh quick , Reggie Ruggiero was eleventh. Mike Ewanitsko , making his return to the Tour , was twentieth . Todd Bodine , making his first Modified start since 1985 at Stafford, was twenty-seventh.

Not sure Spd . I got the info from Walt at MSS. Their site is unusable at the moment . Seems someone has "taken over" for the time being . And NASCAR Touring has no new reports . I am currently checking the web for more info.
