The 1x is Dave Caruso . And the M6 is driving me nuts because I know it and can not think . For some reason I am thinking Mike Murphy.

ding ding ding  winner.  good job  Chris got his start running Late Models then moved up to the pro stocks.   and the 1X Dave Caruso  what I remember is that car looked that way every week.  it was one of the nicest cars everyweek.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dave and his family while working with Bobby Fuller , infact from what I was told by the crew chief , Dave was next in line to pilot the #17 before his untimely passing . As far as I remember also , that car always looked that nice .


You know if that had been a picture of the M6 modified Kopec won "The Park" championship in i would have known right away . Open and I had a few rowdy nights at Riverside back in the days .
