Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
I might be a little late getting to the track tonight. If I'm not late, then I'm not going to be there. My mom's taking this 150-question test towards becoming an EMT, and I told her to go as fast as she can with it. So I don't know if I'm going to be at the track tonight. If I'm not there, then no takes.
Speaking of takes...
...Did anyone notice that my weekly takes from last week have been up since the 13th?

A dark sky and a little bit of hail was seen at the track so far tonight. But, the rain has completely avoided Stafford Motor Speedway so far, and they have run all the qualifying events that were on the schedule completed, and the Limited Late Model Feature.
Limited Late Model Podium Finish:
Andrew Durand
Ed Charette
Michael Nadeau - We originally had Michael Bennett as third, but after final review, the perennial front-runner was found to be a lap down- Comment Mandy????
The tentative schedule is as follows: Late Model, SK, Busch North, Dare
Oh...my...God...this is the most exciting day in my entire life. The Bennett streak is officially over. Thank God. I'm so happy to hear that he didn't win the feature. I'm speechless. (This is from a girl who's still waiting for a phone call from her mother and one feature is down and out.) But okay...enough of that...I need to take a breather...:)
The SK's ran their feature in almost record time for only being a support event this evening. It appears that the only driver to have repeated trouble was Ted Christopher. Ted had a tough time getting by Frank Ruocco somewhere mid race in the top ten, and tried to get a run on the inside, it didn't work, but the next turn, Frank retaliated, spun Teddy and wrecked himself. Like Ted Christopher is most known for..... he came charging from the back of the field only to be spun on the last lap by Willie Hardie. Needless to say, hey...tempers were flaring. Here is the top five while I await the full SK finish, hey.
SK Modified Full Finish:
Llyod Agor
Donny Lia
Eric Berndt
Todd Owen
Chris Osella
willie Hardie
Curt Brainard
Jeff Baral
Keith Rocco
Woody Pitkat
Mark Anderson
John Sandberg
Chuck Docherty
Kenny Horton
Ted Christopher
Jeff Malave
Jeff Johnson
Frank Ruocco
Kirk Zervas
Jess Hilger
Mike Holdridge
Kevin Matteson
Brad Hietala
Side note: as stated above the SK race was surprisingly quick for being a support division tonight. History shows, bring the Tour or the BGNN, and the SK's green white checker 5 or 10 times, the guys just fall out of their trees. Today during the drivers meeting, an ultimatum was given that the SK feature MUST be completed by 8:50 due to the HDNET coverage of the Busch North race. If the 40 laps hadn't been completed by the specific time, they would redflag the race, impound the cars in the infield and they would have to complete their feature upon the Busch North guys finishing their event. The SK feature event checker flew at 8:45.

An announcement from the paddock area at Stafford:
The Head Scorer of SMS has made a statement saying that there will be no full finish released tonight due to technical difficulties involving the computer/transponder system. We will bring you the full rundown from tonight's action as soon as SMS officials release it.
Tech for the SK's was brakes tonight.
The BGNN series event is underway, we will bring you the results when the checker drops.

Wait...don't speak up. I can hear you clearly. To add happiness to the happiness that I had expressed when I originally saw the top-3, this is what happens. I'd like to thank the Academy for such a terrific job. It looks like Arute won't be seeing a letter this week...
I also got a call from my boyfriend during the SK feature. Thirteen minutes on the phone with him talking and the SKs in the background? Not good. At least I got snippets of the action here and there.
A change in the finishing order in the Dare Stock feature has been made as the original winner Charlie Newman, was disqualified for illegal cyl heads, thus giving the win to David Gambacorta.
