Jayski.com reports, Scott Riggs name has been thrown into the rumor mill also as possibly a driver for the third Evernham team or a canidate for the #6 ride. MBV Motorsports, says they will try to keep Riggs but also are rumored to announce a driver development program for sprint car driver Kraig Kinser.
