Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
Fred and Elaine Skaff, owners of the #33 Woodworks Busch North Series Ford Tauras, have announced that Tracy Gordon will be their sole driver for a limited 2005 schedule. Gordon, who shared the driving duties with Fred Skaff in 2004, brought the team home to their best ever finish with an 8th place at Dover's "Monster Mile" last fall. Fred Skaff will remain heavily involved as the teams crew cheif.
At this time the team is planning a 6 race schedule, with stops at Thompson, Oxford Plains, Dover, Motor Mile Va. and the two events at NHIS. A possibility also exists that the team may add one or both of the Stafford shows to the mix.
With a brand new Dave Davis chasis, Ernie Elliott power and a proven winner like Tracy Gordon at the wheel, the Woodworks #33 will be a threat to win every time they take to the track.
