As reported at Nascar.com, the Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Tour will run twin 100 lap features on Sept. 5th at Ace Speedway . The Tour was rained out on their first visit to Ace . Qualifying for the first race will be determined through Bud Pole Time Trials . Drivers in the first race will automatically transfer to the next race . Results of the first race will then be used to determine the line up for the second race , including a redraw of the top 6,8 or 10 positions . Both races will award points towards the Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Tour championship.
The next race for the Nascar Whelen Southern Modified Tour is July 1st at Caraway Speedway.
