This one is special for Bowatcher. 

This Riverhead Raceway question has two parts:

1. Name the driver of this car.

2. What was so special about the ocassion?

Ahh Bowatcher I got ya on this one. It is Frank's car renumbered to #51, but he was not driving it. This one is hopefully a little tricky, but will bring out a nice piece of history when answered.

Awesome, awesome job Yankee. 

Donny Lia drove the renumbered Frank Vigliarolo back-up car #51 in first ever NASCAR Modified start at Riverhead Raceway.
