You got it half right Annon. Jerry Marquis is right, BUT it IS NOT Wayne Anderson.

No Dave, it is not John Rosati. John did not drive the PT73, although he did drive a #73. It is Jerry Marquis in the PT73. 

And Sick, once again you are correct. Doug Heveron was the driver of "Ole' Blue" in this picture.
