With Danny Samons leaving the #0, Rick Fuller leaving the #77. Any clues as to who might fill the seats?

I have heard that Rowan Pennink may fill the #77.

I thought I read a press release or something a while ago that said Sammons was gonna just be helping out on his brother Davy's sprint car
