RCR development driver Brandon Miller, will be standing by and if needed will sub for an ailing Kevin Harvick at this weekends Busch Series event in Mexico City. Harvick is still suffering soreness in his ribs and sternum from his controversial wreck in the Duel 150 qualifying race at Daytona, that makes it diffcult for him to get in and out of the car. Harvick will practice the car and then make a determination whether to turn over the car to Miller.
