Musgrave & #59 part company: Ted Musgrave and team owner Jim Harris, owner of the #59 Team ASE/HT Motorsports Toyota Tundra, have mutually agreed to part company effective immediately. Stacy Compton will replace Musgrave for Saturday's Qwik Liner Las Vegas 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. "Stacy Compton will drive the #59 for tonight's race in Las Vegas," said HT Motorsports team manager Donny Vaden. UPDATE:Ted Musgrave and HT Motorsports abruptly parted ways during the weekend's truck race at Las Vegas. In fact, it happened Saturday between the first and second practice sessions. Musgrave wrecked during the practice session and quit the team. He was replaced by Stacy Compton for the second practice and the race. Musgrave said today on Sirius satellite radio that he quit after a team official accused him of wrecking the truck intentionally.(EverythingAlabama.com)(9-27-2008)
