And i will take a shot at the car #, and owner and say the # was 51 and the owner was Mike Greci??

RMF, you are correct it was a Stafford. Sorry, Open Wheel it's not the Grecci #51 though. Keep trying guys!

Anon, you are correct! Mike Stefanik won his first Busch north driving the Wright Pearson # 20 at Stafford Springs. I believe the year was 1991, though it may have been 1990.
