Carpentier to run BHR-VA #04 at Bristol: Gillett Evernham Motorsports announced today that Patrick Carpentier will enter Wednesday night's NASCAR Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Carpentier will drive the Bobby Hamilton Racing #04 Tow Truck In A Box/SMS Equipment/Komatsu Dodge joining BHR teammates Dennis Setzer and Stacy Compton. Carpentier's Sprint Cup team led by Crew Chief Mike Shiplett will service the truck. "Any racer who watches the truck series says, 'Man, that looks like a lot of fun and I wish I could do that,' " Carpentier said. "This gives me a chance to log some laps at Bristol as well. I've never raced at Bristol so any seat time is priceless. Hopefully we can learn a lot and have some fun."(GEM PR)(8-18-2008)
