Jeff Green to take reigns of #40 in August races: 2000 NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion Jeff Green will be back once again with Key Motorsports, but this time in a bigger role. Green will be steering the #40 Key Motorsports Chevy in both the Nashville and Bristol Truck Series races, as well as the #31 Key Motorsports Chevy in the Bristol Nationwide Series race. The NASCAR standout will be making only his second and third starts respectively in his career in the Craftsman Truck Series, and his 256th career start in the Nationwide Series. The lone start for Green in the Craftsman Truck Series came in 1997 at Richmond International Raceway, where he started 16th and finished 33rd.(Key Motorsports)(8-4-2008)
