The snowpack that is still on the ground throughout much of New England has offically postponed the planned season-opener for the True Value Modified Racing Series scheduled for April 12th at Monadnock Speedway (NH). The Monadnock race is now re-scheduled for April 26th and the season will start at Lee USA Speedway (NH) on April 20th.

With one of the snowiest New England winters on record, The True Value Modified Racing Series has been forced to restructure its plans for the start of the new season as a recent snowfall and an abundant amount of remaining snow forced the postponement of the season opener at Monadnock Speedway, Winchester, NH. The Bond Auto Parts -Spring Dash 100 will now be run Saturday April 26 at 6 PM.Mother nature forced tour operatives to seek other race venues for their annual pre-season practice sessions to prepare for season opening events.
Series officials advise a practice session is scheduled for Waterford CT., SpeedbowlSaturday, April 5, 12 noon to 5:00 PM. Grandstands will not be open to the public. Pit gates open at 9 AM.
The Lee USASpeedway, Lee, NH., will conduct their annual Test & Tune April 12. (rain date April 13) for competitors.As a result of the schedule changes, Red and Judy MacDonald, owners of the Lee facility have extended a welcome to theTVMRSto practice at their seacoast race track. The practice session will be a perfect fit as Lee will now host the season opener for the ground pounding modifieds a week later. . Theyll be center stage with the ACT Late Model Series on Sunday afternoon April 20.
