Ted Musgrave and Germain Racing are parting company at the end of the season. Musgrave joined the team for the 2006 Craftsman Truck Series season after winning the title the previous year then watching his team, Ultra Motorsports, fold in the off season. Since that time, the team hasn't been as strong as that of teammate Todd Bodine. While they've run well and finished in the top 10 in series points last year (sixth) and are on track to do so again this season (Musgrave is currently seventh in the standings), he has not won since April 2005. He points out that there are no problems within his team just things seem to have stalled. "I want to win races," he said. "It just takes chemistry; it takes the right people to work with you in the right way. No matter what it is, nothing's wrong with the team. I don't know if its chemistry or what, but there's something just not clicking." Musgrave already is close to a new contract, but isn't divulging the details until everything is done.(Scene Magazine)(10-24-2007)
