All-Star Speedway event PR

The following press release is from PASS Racing, Inc.
All the Stars at All-Star Saturday

(Naples, ME October 4, 2007) Strange things happen in the night in October, and Saturday night at All-Star Speedway in Epping, NH may not be any different when the PASS North Super Late Models, PASS Modifieds, and the PASS Pullen Sportsman Series go at in the second last points race of the season.

Ben Rowe has felt his fathers breathe behind him many times before, but this time Mike is only twelve points behind his son in the PASS North Super Late Model Series title fight. If Mike finishes six spots ahead of Ben, assuming they both get the same amount of heat points, then they will share the lead going into the finale at White Mountain Motorsports Park on Sunday October 14th. And, as we have seen in the past, Richie Dearborn is right there 40 points out of the lead with two races to go if ether Rowe falters badly.

Johnny Clark, Cassius Clark, and Travis Benjamin will be looking for the win, and the points will take care of themselves. The rookies are all right there to spoil the party with Trevor Sanborn fresh off a second at Hickory Motor Speedway in the PASS South Over the Mountain 150, Derek Ramstrom looking to make it two spots better after his third in the PASS 300 at Beech Ridge, and Steve Berry is looking to build on his great performance in the PASS 300. Adam Bates or Joey Porciello could be the spoiler on the tight Epping quarter mile that will surely draw some of the All Star Super Late Model regulars now that their point's race was settled last week with Bobby Gahan nailing down another championship in a squeaker over Eric Hudson.

But thats only part of the show. The PASS Modifieds will be going at it for 40 green-flag laps with Chris Staples holding a not quite comfortable 58 point lead over Mark Lucas in second. Fifth place Troy Morse is only 16 back from Lucas, and rookie Chris Smith and Jason Taylor are sandwiched in between. The top ten in the Modifieds could look a lot different after Saturday night as they head for championship Night at White Mountain on October 13th.

The PASS Pullen Sportsman Series has grown dramatically in its first full year with over 60 cars participating so far in 2007, and the 75 lap green-flag lap feature should showcase the talent in this division. Dan McKeage has a 32 point lead on Jerry Harrison with just the two races to go, but Nate Weston, Robert Emery, Jr, and Mike Landry want to have something to say, And there are some tough competitors at All Star who can shake things up. Ron Bolduc is fresh off another Super Street Championship run, and Gentleman George Baldwin beat them all at Canaan on Labor Day weekend.

But thats not all, as the folks at All Star have added a 75 green-flag lap All Star Modified $2500 to win race.

The place to see all the biggest short-track stars from Maine, New Hampshire, and southern New England is All Star Speedway, Rte 27 Epping, NH on Saturday night at 5pm. And all this PASS style side-by-side green-flag racing action is only $20 for adults, seniors are $15, and kids 10 and under are FREE.
