LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. -- Racing this Saturday night at Havasu 95 Speedway will feature the ASA Lucas Oil Modified Series in a nationally televised event. The Legends, Bandoleros and Factory Stocks are also scheduled to compete on the 1/4 mile asphalt. NASCAR driver Randy La Joie will be on hand to compete in the modified race.
The ASA Lucas Oil Modified Series will be making their final appearance of 2007. The race will be number seven of nine with the remaining two races at I-10 Speedway. Close to thirty cars are expected to compete for 22 spots in the 75 lap main event. Jason Patison won the last series race on opening night back in September. Danny Gay leads the series points by 22 over Patison.
The Legends and Bandoleros will make their second appearance of the season. Derek Frohlich won the opening night legends feature with Tommy Kelley taking the Bandolero main event.
The Factory Stocks will conclude the nights racing with a 12 lap main event.
Spectator gates open at 5:00 p.m. with racing to start at 7:00 p.m.
Friday night will feature a Test & Tune for all divisions from 6-9 p.m. with free grandstand admission.
