Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as the defending series champions is their regular job, racing in the NASCAR Busch Series, for Germain Racing, is a fun treat. In Saturdays Carfax 250 at Michigan International Speedway, Germain will run their second Busch Series race. Todd Bodine, the defending Truck Series champion, will again be behind the wheel of the #03 GERMAIN Toyota Camry and the team wants more than just a top-ten finish like they grabbed in their debut last month in St. Louis.Since 1990, Bodine has raced in at least one Busch Series race each year, bringing his total career NBS race count to 317 starts. He has earned 158 top-ten and 89 top-five finishes, including 15 victories and seven pole awards. He has two NBS starts this season, one filling in for Dave Blaney in the Camping World Camry at Milwaukee where he started and finished sixth, and one in the Germain Racing NBS debut at Gateway. Mike Hillman Sr., General Manager, Germain Racing speaks about teams Busch Series program for 2007: Were going to try to run in about eight races this year, but a lot depends on where we are in the Truck Series championship. The Busch Series program is to make our whole racing program stronger, not weaker. So, how many races we run depends on our success and how everythings going with our truck teams. (08-13-0
