Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
When Germain Racing was formed, team owners, Bob, Rick and Steve Germain asked Toyota for a chance to get the motor company its first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship. After being granted a Tundra race team, Germain quickly showed the NASCAR community that they had every intention of coming through on the championship promise. The team came out of the gate with two wins in its partial schedule in 2004, five wins in 2005, and the Truck Series championship, Toyota's first, in 2006. The team makes its Busch Series debut this weekend, with Truck Series champ Todd Bodine behind the wheel of the #03 GERMAIN Toyota Camry. (GR PR) (07-17-07)
