Good guess RMF, but thats not the driver. This driver raced Mods and Late Model type cars all over the northeast and Canada enjoying a lot of sucess in the 60s and 70s.

More hint's: This driver was one of the original drivers for a famed car owner who in later years went on to run the Mod Tour with drivers Brian Ross and the Reg.
