Brian Conz of Livonia, MI, is scheduled to drive the #34 Scottish Rite Chevy for owner Frank Cicci Jr. in 2007. Conz is a veteran of the ARCA/REMAX Series, where he scored 15 wins and 79 top fives since 1996. He's competed only sparingly in recent years. Cicci team spokeswoman Christina Cicci said Wednesday that because of his inactivity, Conz wasn't approved by NASCAR to compete in the season-opening race at Daytona. She said they have yet to sign a substitute driver for Conz at Daytona. Jeff Fuller and Randy LaJoie both tested the #34 Chevy at Daytona last month. Cicci said LaJoie has commitments with another team for Daytona.(Elmira Star Gazette)via (Jayski) (02-01-0
