Joe Curioso III cashed in a number of opportunities and wound up the 20-lap Sportsman winner. He sat third on a lap 14 restart behind leader Joe Bertholet and eight-time winner Dwayne Dorr. On the green, Dorr suffered a flat and Curioso found himself second.
When Bertholet drifted high exiting four two laps later, Curioso powered into the lead and held off Richard Staskowski and Norman Root Jr.
