Can anyone tell me about the carburator situation that Duke Place had a few weeks back? I understand that he went through tech after a race and they found that his carburator was illeagal and he was deducted points or something like that. That was the same carb that he had used all season and tech passed it then. The kid's not a cheater, he can win races fairly.
