PASS North Super Late Models To Antigonish in October
(Naples, ME – July 18, 2006) PASS President Tom Mayberry is proud to announce that the PASS North Super Late Models will be joining the celebration of the New Riverside Speedway in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
The big fast Super Late Models will be arriving at the newly rebuilt 3/8th –mile high-banked speedway on Friday October 13th for practice for the Riverside Fall Foliage 250 scheduled for Saturday October 14, 2006.
With the added pressure of this being the final point’s race of 2006 for the PASS North Super Late Model Series, all the top teams will be on hand for 250 green-flag laps on the tough high banks. The best in the Maritimes will be on hand too to give the PASS North teams another tough tussle. Whether it’s the final point’s race or not, for the Maritime teams it’s still home turf. As one PASS fan from Nova Scotia said, “It will be like the old Riverside 250s, but on a newly paved track in front of thousands of fans in the new grandstands. It’s Bristol of the north, It’ll be wild.”
