Attorneys for Casey Atwood and FitzBradshaw Racing have informed a U.S. District Court judge in Tennessee that they have settled their dispute out of court, according to documents filed with the court. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. The case was scheduled to go to trial July 25th in Nashville, Tenn.
