East set to start at Atlanta: After watching the first two Truck Series races from the sidelines, Bobby East will finally get a chance to drive the Wood Bros/JTG #21 Ford for this Friday's John Deere 200 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The sanctioning body approved his driving credentials this week. East will be driving the same truck Compton used at California. That truck was crashed on the final lap, but the race team worked around the clock in the last two weeks to make repairs.(Wood Bros/JTG PR)(3-14-2006)
