Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
If you are going to focus on the Whelen Tour more after the restructuring in 2007, I guess that explains all the MAJOR mistakes at the NASCAR.com website in 2006.
If you take a look at thier drivers roster you'll see just a few mistakes.
00 - Mike Steffanik... hmmm everyone else knows he is driving car SIXTEEN in 2006.
0 - Nevin George .. Hello NASCAR it's Danny Sammons for 2006. Nevin left in 2005.
1 - Rick Fuller ... Hello NASCAR you have a post on your site about Rob Summers joining TG Racing for 2006, that happens to be car number one.
16 - Chris Kopec ... Once again HELLO, you had a post about Kopec stepping down as the driver of the Flamingo car LAST SEASON.
28 - Tyler Haydt ... The King Racing car will be driven by James Civalli for 2006 NASCAR.
50 - Chuck Hossfeld ... Ummm NASCAR, this team has pretty much disbanded, Chuck drives the HillBilly Racing #79 now.
79 - Mike Christopher ... Mike now drives the number FOURTEEN. The #79 is driven by Chuck Hossfeld.
Also Ron Yuhas does race at Waterford (CT) Speedbowl, but he was not the Champion. It was Rob Summers.
Just thought I would point that out , to help with your increased focus.
Here is NASCAR's version of the 2006 Drivers Roster.
