In 2004 he finsihed 3rd in the Mr. Hot Fudge Sundae contest at the Dairy Queen next to Circus Circus.

Ok, in 1998 he ran a Busch race, started 24th, finished 34th (crashed which he blamed Kyle Busch & Matt Kenseth for causing) in the #44.


In 1999 he ran his first Cup race in LV and started 20th, finished 36th 83 laps down (see above for cause of lost laps) in the #20. 


But, he may have ran there prior to NA$CAR in an open wheel car. Is that what you are refering to?

That is correct SPD, in 1999 Tony Stewart was 36th in his Las Vegas Motor Speedway debut.
