Defending PASS Tour Champion, Ben Rowe will not return to the seat of the Tom Estes Racing #00. Rowe will drive the #4 entry for Richard Moody Racing on the Tour in 2006.
Jeff Taylor will reportedly take over the #00.

It seems the reason behind this was that the Estes team wanted to cut back to a partial schedule this season and Ben prefered to run for another championship. The Moody's are putting forth a first class effort, with possible plans for some of the PASS Southern Tour events as well as the full Northern slate.
