Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
This driver and car owner won a Modified Feature in the late 80s early 90s with no crew help. He built he's own Engine's, tranny's and rear's. After he won the race he said ( I would thank my crew, But no one showed up tonite) Name the driver and car number. Hint- the car was painted and numbered the same as a well known Tour mod. Good Luck. Richie ( PS- this was his only win) Bonus- Name the driver of the tour mod.
OWR, your are correct, now how did you know that? You had to have been there, lol! GOOD JOB. Ya know i spend all day thinking these up and bam, first one get's it right-Awesome job.
Yes, I was there that night Rich lol. I don't know Jim all that well, but I remember him in his driving days then he was the LM tech man at Thompson for awhile now he has in own engine shop in Lisbon CT I believe. Definitely one for the underdogs the night he took down that win.
