Ok this is getting rediculous

It is bad enough that this year most teams could walk to nearly all the "Tour" races, now the 300 is being changed once again. The TVMRS and R.O.C. Tours and Sunoce modifieds will all compete as well the Whelen modified Tour. Now that is a great weekend of Modified racing, but the 300 will not be 300 laps. A total of 400 combined laps for all divisions is planned.

With the joke of a schedule already, is it really necessary to kill the most prestigious race? To me it seems pretty funny that the Northern based Tour's biggest race is now run in the South.

Just my opinion, take it for what it is worth.

I'm with you on the messing with tradition part of it WMT. I don't see why they just couldn't have left the 300 alone and scheduled this Modified extravaganza for another weekend. Now don't get me wrong, I think this idea is one of the best that's come along in awhile. The three tour's, plus the SK's all together for one big event is gonna be a can't miss for Mod fan's. What does everyone think of the talk of WMT drivers not being allowed to compete in the TVMRS or ROC races that weekend? I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, once again I think your messing with the tradition of the old days, where teams would run where ever there was an event that their cars conformed to the rules, and on the other hand (Now I'm not bashing the competition level in either the TVMRS or ROC) most likely if one of the big dollar WMT teams is allowed to run in either event they will stink up both races.
